It is my honor and privilege to present the vision and aspirations of Eagle Think Tank—an institution born out of a commitment to safeguard Nepal’s national interests while actively engaging with the global community. In today’s interconnected world, no nation stands in isolation. The choices we make as a country must balance our sovereign priorities with the realities of regional and global dynamics. Eagle Think Tank is established to serve precisely that purpose: to think deeply, act responsibly, and guide strategically.

At the heart of our mission lie the Five Pillars of Eagle Think Tank: Security, Diplomacy, Environment, Leadership, and Human Resources Management. These pillars represent not only the foundation of our institution but also the roadmap for Nepal’s future prosperity and resilience. Together, they embody our holistic approach to strengthening the nation—by nurturing our youth, empowering our professionals, fostering innovation, promoting unity, and ensuring Nepal’s effective voice on the global stage.

Our objectives are ambitious, yet necessary. We aim to empower youth, instilling patriotism, discipline, and a sense of responsibility while equipping them with the skills to thrive in Nepal and reduce the pressing challenge of brain drain. We aspire to promote leadership and professional excellence, cultivating visionaries capable of guiding institutions with integrity, innovation, and courage.

We are equally committed to capacity building and strategic knowledge exchange, ensuring that Nepal’s institutions are strengthened through training, mentorship, and evidence-based research. By encouraging collaborative research and policy innovation, we seek to generate actionable insights on governance, economy, defense, environment, and development—issues that define both our challenges and our opportunities.

In a rapidly changing world, national security and strategic stability remain at the core of our efforts. Eagle Think Tank supports initiatives that enhance resilience, prepare citizens for crises, and strengthen domestic stability. At the same time, we recognize that environmental sustainability and climate preparedness are no longer optional—they are essential to Nepal’s survival and growth. Integrating green innovation with youth engagement is central to our mission.

And above all, our programs are deeply anchored in the principle of national unity.
