Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on national and international policy issues.

Develop policy briefs, reports, and recommendations to support governmental and organizational decision-making.

Assist in organizing workshops, conferences, and knowledge-sharing events.

Collaborate with experts, academics, and stakeholders on strategic projects.

Monitor emerging trends and provide actionable insights in security, governance, diplomacy, and development.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Political Science, International Relations, Security Studies, Public Policy, or related fields.

Strong analytical, research, and report-writing skills.

Understanding of national and international policy frameworks and governance systems.

Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

Proactive and capable of working in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.
